Compliance – Review Tracking

This section provides information on how to navigate to and use the features associated with administering and managing Administrative Reviews, as well as Corrective Action Documents (CADs).  Through the web-based SNP Compliance administration sub-module, authorized users can:

·         Schedule and track reviews.

·       Enter and maintain SFA contact information related to the review.

·         Identify sites to be included in the review.

·         Complete the USDA Off-site and On-site Assessment review forms.

·         Complete the USDA worksheets and tools.

·         Manage the requirement for and submission of CADs.

·         Enter technical assistance information.

·       Enter notes for SFA to view.

·         Enter internal notes that are viewable only by State users.

·         Manage attachments within the system.
