Site Applications – School Nutrition Program

Sponsors must complete a Site Application for each of their sites participating in the School Nutrition Program in a specific school year. The Site Application screen provides access to the Site’s annual application for the School Nutrition Programs for both new and renewing sites. Sites must complete a new application annually; however, the State has identified select site data that rolls over from the previous year and pre-fills a new year’s application.
